Knowing is half the Battle!
Recent studies are suggesting that posted calorie counts at fast food restaurants are not impacting consumers' choices as was predicted. Ignorance is not an excuse to order high calorie, high fat, or high sodium foods! There are many resources available for us to estimate the calorie counts in the foods at some of our favorite fast food restaurants. Knowing what lurks in some of the foods that you frequently purchase is half the battle, and can help us to make more knowledgeable and more health conscious decisions.
